We offer a variety of job placements in clinical, non-clinical, contract, per-dim, and direct-hire positions. We partner with various healthcare organizations, including hospitals, assisted living centers, dental offices, cosmetic centers, optometrist offices, and orthopedic centers. We recruit and place candidates based on their skill set, education, background, employment history, and reference check, all of which are considered essential to our hiring evaluation process. We review your last few months to years of experience and employment history based on the position you are applying to per client requirements.
Nursing assignments start at 12 weeks and can go as long as 28 weeks. All jobs can be extended as agreed upon by the candidate, client, and agency. Occasionally an assignment will have an unspecified date, meaning no end date has been identified for this assignment. Often opportunities are made for our staff to convert to full-time employment at the facility after the negotiated number of hours have been worked.
