Summary

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting company operations through scheduling, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all departments remain aligned and projects are completed on time.

Essential Duties

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and logistics for internal meetings and operational activities.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying and escalating potential roadblocks.
  • Assist with vendor relationships, purchase orders, and invoice management.
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
  • Support leadership by preparing operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with event planning, team training sessions, and onboarding coordination.
  • Handle inventory tracking and supply ordering as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with vendor management and workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
