We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics throughout the supply chain, along with organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for our products’ entire lifecycle, from acquiring raw materials to the final product distribution.
To be a successful candidate for our company, you should be adept at communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills and should be able to ensure our operation is cost-effective and runs smoothly and efficiently while also increasing sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Visualize and facilitate logistics of the warehouse, transportation, and customer service
- Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers
- Supervise and organize orders of raw materials and equipment
- Coordinate and monitor operations of the supply chain
- Optimize procedures with logistics
- Track final product shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements
- Resolve shipment and inventory issues
- Assist with training and shift scheduling of staff team
- Keep detailed, organized records of orders and stock
- Prepare accurate reports according to the expectations of the leadership
- Analyze data, and suggest modifications and improvements accordingly
- Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or other relevant fields
- 2+ years of proven, successful experience as a logistics coordinator or supply chain manager
- Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of logistics software (ERP)
- Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
